Minimum requirements for cabler (data and telecommunications) include diploma, relevant experience and registration.

Duties

  • examine illustrations, specifications and work areas to identify positioning and connections for equipment to be installed. 
  • install cabling for telephone, radio, pay-tv and computer transmission
  • join cables and seals sheaths with lead and thermoplastic
