Your Application

We respond to every application.

We accept general applications from blue-collar workers and technicians as many of our positions are not advertised and our first source of job seekers for new roles is always in our own records. Just because we don’t have an immediate obvious job opening does not mean we can’t help you.

Initial Screening

We meet with many of our candidates whether you have applied for a specific job or not. Where it is not possible, and we feel a position is a good investment of your time, we will have detailed phone calls with you to check that you understand the role and we understand you. We will be honest with you in case the role is not a right fit for you or we are not the right recruiter.

Resume Support

We work to make sure resume truly represents you and will advise you should we need additional information to increase your chances of success. We collaborate with many of our candidates to re-write their resumes.

Interview Support

As your application progresses, we will work closely with you to ensure that you have the details you need at each phase including interview preparations. We assist during this process and know the common mistakes. We are always pleased to provide general support and guidance as well as specifics for particular clients and processes – including presentations, testing, assessment centres and phone or video interviews

The Result

If you get hired for the role, we will support you to your start date, which includes periodical checking once you have started your new position. If your application is unsuccessful, we will endeavour to provide you with constructive feedback.

Many of our candidates become future clients because of the positive experience they’ve had with the business – regardless of the application outcome.
